CrossFit Generation Teens Program

CrossFit Generation offers fitness classes for teens age 13-17. This program includes strength and conditioning perfect for sport, but also great for general fitness. Teens are challenged at their own levels and strength is introduced to each participant in a minimalist way. Classes are an hour in length, and begin with a thorough warm-up followed by the strength portion of class and then the conditioning portion. Class ends with a cool-down, stretch and mobility. The teens program is open to all fitness levels. 
This program has 3 options:
- 1 month membership (attend any 12 CROSS FIT GENERATION TEEN PROGRAM CLASSES in the one month, TU/TH/SA)
- 1 month membership (attend any 8 CROSS FIT GENERATION TEEN PROGRAM CLASSES in the one month, TU/TH/SA)
- 10 Class Pass (expires after 90 days)
